After some initial issues with the mobile app, the problems have now been resolved, and Hellobet offers apps for both Android and iOS. Additionally, there’s a mobile version of the website if you prefer not to download the app. However, the biggest issue with the app is its usability. Due to the layout and the overwhelming number of options, it can be difficult to navigate through thousands of betting options. Mobile users will need to be patient, especially when searching for specific bets, like during a World Cup match with over 1,500 betting markets. It’s not very user-friendly or intuitive, but it does work. We hope to see further improvements from Hellobet in this area.
